Express Contract Drying was formed in 1991 with the purpose of spraydrying food flavourings and colourings for the food ingredient industry. Our customers range from small to large companies throughout the European union.

Express Contract Drying is in a unique position as most of our customers do not have micro encapsulation facilities on their sites , they therefore contract out this process. The aim of the company is to produce sample flavours for the flavour industry and hopefully follow them through to larger quantities.

The company underwent expansion in 2001 and due to steady growth is currently further expanding its operations. In order to meet increased customer demand it has aquired a second factory, which is in the process of being refurbished and will commence production in 2006.
