The present production plant installed at our facility is ideal for customers requiring sample batches to a batch capacity of 20,000 kg in weight. Although we can meet all customers requirements. Our Plant runs on a 24 hour basis with extra capacity at our second plant in South Wales. Collection and delivery can be set up by prior arrangement. Fast turn around available by negotiation.

We have over 35 years experience in spraydrying food flavours and colours with a range of over 250 individual products for the food and pharmaceutical industries. With a first class service of high quality and excellent communication between ourselves and our customers we achieve our aim of being UK's premier independent powder manufacturer.

Our spray drying facilities consist of 2 Tall Form 50 litre per hour capacity dryers, and 1 Tall Form 120 litre per hour capacity dryer with an annual turnover of 800 tonnes. We also have a Niro pilot dryer for samples. All products can be homogenised prior to drying, also homogenising facility for liquids.

Contract blending with storage and transport facilities.
A new modern blending and dispatch facility was installed in December 2005. We have an annual capacity of 800 tonne per annum with blenders capable of 400 and 1000 kilo capacities.

Anhydro Aglomerator with a maximum of 150 kilo per hour capacity which is situated at our South Wales plant. Agglomeration is an additional process which some customers require after sray drying.

Purpose built warehouse supporting our production facilities with a storage capacity of 1000 tonnes which is used for personal and customers own products.
